By accessing or using Canvas BD, you confirm that you can form a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh and that you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate, current information when registering and updating your profile.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided in good faith but may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages. If we cancel an order, any payment already received will be refunded.

All prices on Canvas BD are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and Cash on Delivery in supported zones. Card payments are processed by SSLCommerz; we don’t store full card details on our servers.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We work with third-party couriers including Pathao, Steadfast, and Sundarban. Risk of loss passes to you when the courier delivers the item to your address.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Promotional codes, campaigns, and loyalty points are subject to their own terms and may be limited by quantity, time, or eligibility. We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion. Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash; loyalty points have no monetary value outside of qualifying redemptions on Canvas BD.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law, infringe on others’ rights, or send malicious content.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data that aren’t yours.
• Scrape, mass-download, or resell content from Canvas BD without permission.
• Submit fake reviews, questions, or blog submissions.

The Canvas BD name, logo, site design, photos, and written content are owned by Canvas BD or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission. Product images supplied by brands remain the property of their respective owners.

When you submit reviews, questions, or blog posts, you grant Canvas BD a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and edit that content on the site. You confirm that the content is your own and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove submissions that violate these terms.

Canvas BD is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated version. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
